This high-altitude region, known for its rich soil, ideal climate, and ample sunshine, creates beans with a smooth, well-balanced flavor profile. The unique growing conditions also result in lower acidity and caffeine, making Tafech Coffee both delicious and gentle on the stomach.

Important Note: This coffee is perfect for unfiltered brewing methods. Just let the sediments settle at the bottom of the cup for a minute, and be careful to stop before reaching them.
